Overview
Enjitsu needed an internal ticketing system to automate IT support and request management. H3 Technologies developed a bespoke Power Apps solution with SharePoint and Power Platform for an automated, AI-based ticketing process. In addition, an AI Chatbot was implemented using the user guide content of the ticketing system to provide self-service support.
